The result is soothing relief and therapeutic heat penetrated deep into the aching wrist, muscles and surrounding tissues. Four-way stretch for light compression - reduces swelling. Promotes restorative traditions by increasing circulation around the tender joint. Improves wrist mobility - allows for faster return to daily activities. Wearing: Slide hand into assist with general wellbeing and pull up over affected wrist with thumb in opening. Care: Hand wash in mild water with gentle soap. Air dry. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Ensure completely dry before reapplying. Sizing: Measure circumference around wrist. Small: Fits 5-6 inches. Medium: 6 - 6-3/4 inches. Large: 6-3/4 - 7-1/2 inches. X-Large: 7-1/2 - 8-1/4 inches. Fits right or left.
