🛍️ Returns Due to Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during shipping
• Defective upon arrival
• Not what you ordered

We will make it right. Here’s what to expect:

• You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
• Simply print the label and return the product to us.
• Once received at our warehouse, we will either:
  • Ship a replacement within 2–3 business days, or
  • Issue a full refund, if preferred.
• Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after the returned item is received.

🔄 Returns for Other Reasons or Refused Deliveries

If you choose to return an item for personal reasons or refuse delivery:

• Products must be unopened and in their original sealed condition.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• No restocking fee will be charged.
• Once we receive the item back, a full refund will be issued within 2–3 business days.
