2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Competitive rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Free Shipping Offers: Available for qualifying orders during promotions or when a minimum purchase amount is met.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package in real-time through our Order Tracking Page to stay updated on the delivery progress.

4. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, please note that customs fees or import duties may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping costs.

5. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

6. Packaging & Product Safety

We take extra care to package securely to protect them during transit. All products are sealed and inspected before shipping to maintain quality and freshness.

7. Back-Ordered Products

We’ll ship the available items first.
The remaining items will be shipped separately at no extra charge once they are restocked.
If an item is unavailable for an extended time, we may cancel and refund it.
You will be notified by email of any such changes.

8. Probiotics Shipping Policy (Cold-Pack Service)

To preserve product quality, probiotics are shipped in ice-packed Styrofoam containers using expedited shipping.
Orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to avoid weekend delays in transit.
Probiotics are shipped from the U.S. and may be affected by external temperature and customs timing.
Cold-pack shipping is not available for extended delivery timeframes.
