8. Probiotics Shipping Policy (Cold-Pack Service)

To preserve product quality, probiotics are shipped in ice-packed Styrofoam containers using expedited shipping.

Orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to avoid weekend delays in transit.

Probiotics are shipped from the U.S. and may be affected by external temperature and customs timing.

Cold-pack shipping is not available for extended delivery timeframes.
