Love these because they don't have the alcohol in them, but they are not the children's dose either. Go try to find them in the liquid form that way. I've fought anxiety all my life. It's in my DNA. These do not take it away completely like a medicine, but they also don't make you drowsy, they are not habit forming, they are not personality or mood altering. They take the edge off. They simply work! I really haven't noticed these doing much for my little bouts of anxiety, but they taste great and maybe they have a placebo effect. I would re-buy simply because they MIGHT work and because I like the taste so much.

These are great for me when I need to relax and focus. They are a nice calming aid without any side effects. I do not have tummy problems like some other reviewers, so I can have as many as I want daily. These work well for me when I cannot sleep in the middle of the night. I don't have to take medication anymore. I love this product. I have very high anxiety and this helps me to calm down in any situation..school, traffic jams and family gatherings are just a few examples. They taste sweet and can last for at least 10 minutes if you suck on them like a mint. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in holistic stress relief.

I am a 24 year old with an anxiety disorder and I also have a chronic pain disease that causes me a lot of extra stress. I decided to give this a try just to see if they could gently help me calm down when I am in pain. They do seem to work. They don't produce any kind of drowsiness, but I do notice that when my mind is racing and I take one of these, I do seem to calm down over the next half hour or so. Great for when you feel an anxiety attack creeping up, but it's not full force yet. However, these are all natural, and are not a drug. When I am in extreme pain from my disease, I still need strong medications to calm me down. But, they are definitely worth getting to just level you out when you feel a little out of sorts.

A friend introduced me to these last year when I was going through a very severe time of anxiety/panic attacks. I can take one when I'm feeling jittery and nervous and in a few minutes I calm down.The friend uses them to help a family member with ADHD to calm down.I find they are very helpful in 'turning off' the chatter in your head you know, when you keep running a thought or conversation through your mind?!? I also take them at night to 'turn off' the chatter and 'calm my mind' so I can go to sleep. The best restful sleep and there is NO hangover feeling either! Great product!
