Apply 4-5 sprays onto skin and massage the area. After awhile you may see a slight white residue forming on the skin where you have applied the spray. It is just the salt that has stayed behind on the skin and can be wiped or washed off.

Magnesium Oil Sport Spray

The spray helps to relieve pain in my joints. Probably better then anything else I have used, including prescriptions lotions. However, my only complaint is that the spray portion of the bottle stops working mid-way and I have to pour it into my hand to apply.....
