I have been using this product for almost a year now, and so far, the results are great and it seems to be working on my hair and nails. You can actually see the difference. This is really a great product. I really love these dietary supplements, these Hair Skin and Nails for Women, because my skin and nails improved greatly. I super love the product. Unlike other people, I do not take three times a day which is the prescribed dosage, I only take once a day, and I take it before I go to bed. I have been using this product for not more than two months, yet I noticed a huge difference. My hair is shedding a lot less compared before. I would definitely buy this again.
