Suggestions

Sizing: measure instep circumference. Please see package for illustrative instructions. How to wear: it is recommended to wear the straps for 4 hours the first day and gradually increase 1-2 hours per day thereafter. After 1 week, if you feel you need more assist with general wellbeing, switch to the dark blue insert and follow the gradual wear time again. Straps should be worn on both feet to ensure proper body alignment. Washing: hand wash warm. No tumble dry. No iron. No bleach. No dry clean.
