I'm 79 and have been taking BCAA for almost a year now and I'm not sure how they are working for me. I have not suffered any relapse in muscle recovery but also no increase in my weights and have actually reduced my curls by 5 lbs I work out 3 days a week and swim a couple of between 1 and two miles. So I do feel blessed to be able to maintain. I'm due to order more soon
