Open the hook and loop strap and place the assist with general wellbeing so it comfortably rests under the arch of the foot (the foot icons should be placed against the inside of the arch). Seassist with general wellbeing general wellness on the top of the foot with the hook tab. Use the hook tab to pull up on the arch. Match foot symbol on strap to foot symbol on insert. Care instructions: remove the arch inserts and seassist with general wellbeing general wellness the fastener. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
