    It stings pretty bad when I first put it on but after sticking my head in the freezer and breathing the cold air in for about a minute, the pain goes away and afterwards the pain from the canker sore is a lot less

    This otc med is a secret!! I have been using it for years and always buy in quantity of 3, just to pass along to someone else if needed.
    If you use it at the first time of soreness, it will disappear soon and not stay long.
