    I've been using this progesterone cream for years because I'm on estrogen replacement therapy and have a uterus, so it's necessary to take progesterone.     Helps for hot flashes!

    I’ve been using a dab a day, 3 out of 4 weeks a month, for 5 years now. It greatly reduces my hot flashes. I will continue to use it as I seem to be one of the unlucky ones who have hot flashes for years and years.

    This cream has made a huge difference in my well being

    I have been on progesterone and Biest cream for years and then stopped a few years ago when I moved to Colorado. I have been experiencing issues with sleep anxiety mood hot flashes and just a low sense of being until I discovered this wonderful cream. My nutritionist recommended it and she uses it. I’m in my early 70s and I have been using it twice a day for the past year and what a difference it’s made in my life. I highly recommend it - just put a little bit on twice a day rub it in to your arms and legs or neck and your chest and is calming relaxing and definitely helps me sleep better and better. I’m off all antipressants and sleep so much better. Try it you will see the difference,,,,,
