1. Open main and secondary straps. Position pad over base of the palm of hand, where joint bends. Wrap and seassist with general wellbeing general wellness main strap. 2. Wrap secondary strap and seassist with general wellbeing general wellness. Adjust until desired level of assist with general wellbeing is achieved. Care: hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners. Size: for left or right hand, this assist with general wellbeing is adjustable to fit most wrists. Measure around wrist. Adjust to fit: 5-1/2 - 9-1/2 in (14 - 24.1 cm).
