Directions : 1. Keep container tightly closed at all times to reduce the chances of loss of potency. 2. Make sure there is ample space for cap to be rescrewed into the container without damaging tablets. 4. Although the container is moisture proof, physical damage to your tablets may result from normal transportation. In addition, air and moisture can enter the container when it is opened and closed repeatedly. It is suggested you inspect your tablets for physical disintegration and moisture contamination often and that you replace your old tablets with new tablets every two weeks to ensure potency.
